How we use our money matters. In fact, all throughout Scripture we see God frequently talk about money and about how we view and handle it. He talks about money, not because He cares about money, but because God cares about us. How we view and handle money can either bring us joy or it can bring strife. Peace or anxiety. Freedom or bondage. Generosity or scarcity. If following Jesus means following Him in all aspects of our life, then what would it look like for us to start viewing the money that we have God’s way?
