Politics can be very divisive and with us being in a political season, things can get pretty polarized and tense. So how do we navigate this time, especially when we all fall on various places along the political spectrum? Well, if we consider ourselves to be followers of Jesus, then we are actually challenged by Jesus Himself to approach our views, our convictions, and even our politics through the lens of our faith in Him and not the other way around. Jesus didn’t call everyone to agree on everything, but he did command His followers to be united by unconditional love and to make a difference with that love. So how do we do this?
