Thursday, April 17th, 2025 is Maundy Thursday. Maundy Thursday is the time where we reflect on Jesus’ last supper with His disciples before His crucifixion. The word Maundy is derived from the latin word “mandatum” meaning, “commandment.” It was in this last supper that Jesus commands His disciples to love one another.

Maundy Thursday dinners are a way for us to come together in community to not only get to know each other better but to prepare our hearts for Good Friday and Easter. People from Community City Church are hosting dinners at various times on the evening of Thursday, April 17th, in and around Malden. Come join us for some great food, connection, and conversation.
